Baked Italian Meatballs

I love making baked Italian meatballs and storing them in the freezer for future use. You just microwave them for a few minutes and add them to whatever you want. Sometimes I just eat them by themselves without anything else. Recently I made them and added them to my tomato and spinach risotto. Making your own meatballs is great because you control what goes in them.

Limone (lemon) Alfredo Pasta

There is nothing I love more than a 10 minute meal. Some of my favorite pasta dishes are made in the amount of time it takes to boil the noodles. It doesn’t always have to be complicated. I do make a lot of my own sauces, but sometimes I see one on the shelf at the store, and I have to give it a try. I recently saw Trader Joe’s had a Limone Alfredo Sauce, so I picked it up. Last night I was feeling lazy, so I busted it out.

French Onion Chicken

When I was a kid, I religiously would order french onion soup and a Caesar salad everywhere I went. This recipe serves 4 hearty servings. I also share in this post how to make your own delicious croutons. It’s super easy and they taste great. You won’t have to buy store bought again.
